The developed countries worldwide are involving themselves more and more in solar power generation because with the constant use of scared resources like coal, gas, petroleum, etc. which are going to elope very soon from our system due to our speed of their usage, it will become necessary for us to find a new and natural way to generate power without further destruction of our environment. Solar power in each and every sense is the solution of our maximum problems.

India, a developing country with the population of 1.3 billion approx. has both need and potential to include solar power plants in our business segment. Generation of electricity through sun rays is not a very much complicated process and also not as costly as compared to the previous years as in comparison with the year 2007 cost is reduced up to 70% now.

Averagely in a year we have 300 sunny days in India, and with the abundance of sun heat it is easy to generate more and more power with this medium. India is ranked at the first position in terms of solar power generation per watt installed with an insulation of 1700 to 1900 kilowatt hours per kilowatt peak (kWh/KWp). Moreover the National Institute of Solar Energy says that our country has the potential to generate 748.9 GW. And presently the country's solar grid has a cumulative capacity of 8,626 MW (8.63 GW).

In January 2015, the Indian government significantly expanded its solar plans, targeting US$100 billion of investment and 100 GW of solar capacity, including 40 GW directly from rooftop solar, by 2022. The government of India also offers other benefits to the companies and individuals who invested in this solar power generation like

Solar power generation companies are relatively young in the business and cost of installation also differ from place to place, some companies spend more than required and then have to fight with other companies by narrowing their profit margins. It will sometimes bring the companies to bankruptcy. Installing a solar plant at lowest cost in comparison to average amount spend by other companies in very much important. The design and the process of installation is very crucial here. Sometimes macro factors like, cost of oil and natural gas come down and it will affect the price of per unit of electricity directly or indirectly, you have to be fully prepared to manage the risk before it occurs.
